Getting ready to board our boat for the river cruise.
Catfish – they must close them in and farm them. There were a lot of them.
Lunch by the river- fried fish with sweet/chili sauce, crab balls squid, and kao-pad. Notice the Fanta strawberry- can’t do without one of those!!

Bill Miller and Dave by Grand Palace. No wind- we were sweating like mad and had about enough of Bangkok for one day. We needed to get back to the breezy beach.

Our driver Prak-sit. He was one of our old baht bus drivers at Utapao He drove baht bus for about 10 years. I asked him if he remembered drunk GI’s saying “Pai poo-chai- lao, lao” That got a good laugh from him. (Sorry about the picture, I had another one of him and it turned out dark as well).
